Precautions for using Bluetooth speaker:
- The maximum distance for Bluetooth speaker waving function is 15CM.
- The optimal distance between the Bluetooth speaker and the person during a call is within 50cm. Common question: Do you hear any noise? Due to the protocol distance of Bluetooth being in an open area, it can reach up to 10M without obstacles, and the human body is also the biggest interference obstacle for Bluetooth speakers. In order to achieve the best reception effect, we recommend that you use the Bluetooth speaker and mobile phone in an unobstructed environment.
No sound from the Bluetooth speaker?
- Please make sure the speaker is turned on and fully charged.
- Please ensure that the speaker and mobile phone are properly connected.
- Please ensure that the speaker is properly connected to the mobile phone – if it cannot be connected, please refer to the Bluetooth menu of the mobile phone, or press the power button once (please refer to the sections [Using Bluetooth Speaker] and [Pairing Bluetooth Speaker with Bluetooth Phone] .
Unable to connect the mobilephone with the Bluetooth speaker?
- Please ensure that the speaker is turned on and properly charged.
- Please ensure that the speaker is properly connected to the phone.
- Please ensure that the Bluetooth device on your phone is activated. For detailed instructions, please refer to our manuals.
- Please ensure that the speaker is within 10 meters of your mobilephone and there are no obstacles, such as walls or other electronic devices.
If the above steps do not work, please try the following steps:
- Recharge the Bluetooth speaker.
- Turn off the speaker, unplug the battery, and then reinstall it.
- Activate the Bluetooth function on your mobilephone and delete all previous pairing history records.
- Reconnect the Bluetooth speaker with the your mobilephone.
Care and Maintenance
- Before placing the speakerphone in your pocket or bag, turn off its speaker. Pressing accidentally the multi-function button could dial an unknown number accidentally.
- If your speaker isn’t waterproof, make sure it does not come into contact with liquid, water, moisture, or rain.
- Never use corrosive cleaners on it to clean.
- Avoid leaving it exposed in areas with extreme high or low temperatures.
- Avoid long exposure of speakers to direct sunlight.
- Avoid placing them near open flames such as cooking stoves.
- Never dispose of speakers by placing them into fire as this may result in explosion.
- Do not expose your speaker to sharp objects as this can result in scratches and damage.
- Never poke anything inside it as doing so could damage internal parts.
- Never attempt to disassemble the speaker as there are no repairable components within.
- When not in use, store your speaker in a dry place and charge at least once every month to extend battery life and avoid extreme temperatures and dust accumulation.
- When charging in places where temperatures may fluctuate drastically between daytime and nighttime charging is advised as to avoid overheating or underheating of the battery pack.
- According to local regulations, dispose of batteries and speakers according to local waste regulations, not as household waste. When disposing of built-in battery speakers it should not be attempted to be replaced as this feature cannot be changed manually.
